API changes:
- The transactions API now lets you query for and filter by the authorization time of a given transaction, not just the settlement time.
- The transactions API now lets you query for the authorization time of **refunds** and not just settlements.
- The transactions API lets you query for the raw merchant description in addition to the sanitized one that we provide
