We experienced one failed ERP implementation and one successful one – though this “success” took 18 months, cost us $150k, and left us dependent on outside consultants.

When we led a finance team of 12 people, 80% of our team’s time was spent in the ERP on data entry, manual reconciliation, and waiting for pages to load.  We felt it could not be that, in 2025, the only options available to CFOs were built in the 1980s – so we took matters into our own hands and built DualEntry, the accounting software we needed.
