Do I have to pay for implementation?

No – implementation is included in all plans, and we don’t start charging you until DualEntry is live and ready for your team to use. We don’t believe in charging by the hour and making money through implementation. We’re as eager to get you to success as you are.

Can I integrate DualEntry with other applications or systems?

Yes, DualEntry has 15,000+ native bank connections and integrations included with every plan. You don't need to pay for additional integration services or integration consultants. If you have something else in mind, our open API offers full extendability and customization possibilities.

What happens to my data if I want to leave DualEntry?

Your data is fully portable, encrypted, and secure. If you decide to leave DualEntry, we'll guide you through the simple process of transferring your historical data out of our system. Once your DualEntry plan is cancelled, we do not retain any of your data. Questions? Contact us or click on “Support” within your DualEntry dashboard.

Do you offer trainings?

So you can get the most out of DualEntry, we offer on-demand training with a DualEntry CPA and DualEntry Engineer on every call with your team. A training session can be scheduled with a minimum of 3 days’ notice. Contact us, or click on “Support” within your DualEntry dashboard, to set one up.

I’m an existing user. Can I upgrade/downgrade my DualEntry plan?

What system(s) can I switch from in 24 hours?

Any accounting system. Whether you're using a starter cloud system like QuickBooks Online or a legacy ERP like NetSuite, we'll bring all of your historical financial data – down to the last line item and attachment – into DualEntry fast, so you can go live the next day.

Do you offer a free trial?

No, we currently don’t offer a free trial. We invest substantial resources into our CPA-led implementation teams getting your enterprise set up on DualEntry as fast as possible. This implementation period won’t cost you a cent: we only start billing you when DualEntry is live and ready for your team to use.
