Do I have to pay for implementation?
No. Implementation is included in all plans. We don’t believe in charging by the hour and making money through implementation—we’re as eager to get you to success as you are. Can I upgrade/downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime via your DualEntry member settings. Otherwise, contact us.
Can I add more users to my plan?
Yes, you can add more users to any plan for an additional fee per user per month. You can have unlimited users on DualEntry and, with 13 pre-defined user roles to choose from, onboarding new employees is simple. Any additional-user costs will be billed along with your subscription.
Do you offer a free trial?
No, we currently don’t offer a free trial. We invest substantial resources into our accountant-led implementation teams getting your enterprise set up on DualEntry. Learn more about implementation here.

Go to your DualEntry dashboard, click ‘Support’, and we’ll connect you to a DualEntry accountant. We’re ready to support via a dedicated Slack/MS Teams channel or by phone call, video call, email, or live chat.
Do you offer trainings?
So you can get the most out of DualEntry, we offer on-demand training with a DualEntry accountant on every call with your team. A training session can be scheduled with a minimum of 3 days’ notice. Contact us to set one up.
